Mioni, a mineral water and soft drinks factory, is one of the most modern water production facilities in the region. Since 2007, it has been engaged in bottling natural mineral water and carbonated beverages. Located at the foot of Mount Maljen, in the town of Mionica, the factory operates seven separate filling lines for PET and glass packaging, with various volumes ranging from 0.25L to 18.9L. The factory produces still and sparkling water under its own brand, Aqua Gala, and also offers contract filling services for still and sparkling water, as well as non-alcoholic refreshing beverages for private label brands.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    History of the village Klju\u010d<\/div>

    Near Mionica, in the village of Kljuc, in the 15th century, a medieval necropolis, Velimirovi dvori, was built, which three centuries later was declared a cultural monument of great importance for Serbia. Today, we remember only the legend of the origin of the imposing monument. According to the same, the sultan's vassal, Velimir, took part in the battle near Belgrade, and for his merits he received the village of Kljuc and several other villages, where he built his \"courts\" in Kljuc and managed that estate. Several centuries later, Mionica, as an important, cultural and tourist part of Serbia, is known primarily for its thermal waters and healing mud, as well as the nature that surrounds it.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Beauty from the depths <\/div>

    Discovered in the late 18th century, the Mionica spring provides us with water of exceptional quality, shaped by years of natural filtration through layers of granite and limestone from the slopes of Mount Maljen. Our water springs from the heart of untouched nature, in a place where civilization has left no trace, ensuring its impeccable quality.<\/p>

    Drawn from a depth of 149 meters, the water passes through natural filters and becomes enriched with silicon dioxide \u2014 the \"beauty mineral.\" This mineral is a completely natural beauty care ingredient. It helps stimulate the production of collagen, the most abundant protein in the human body, which plays a key role in keeping the skin radiant, fresh, and youthful.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Opening of the factory<\/div>

    The Mioni factory was built and officially opened in 2007, within a 10-hectare complex. Water is drawn from a well with a capacity of 20 liters per second and bottled under its own brand, Aqua Gala.<\/p>

    The factory is equipped with two Aqua Gala water bottling lines, based on German technology, which have set new quality standards on the domestic market \u2014 one line for the production of still mineral water in PET packaging with a capacity of 12,000 bottles per hour, and another line for still mineral water in glass packaging with a capacity of 6,000 bottles per hour.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Launch of the balloon filling line<\/div>

    Production is being expanded with the introduction of 6L balloon packaging, filled on a new Thomason Machinery<\/em> line with a capacity of 1,000 bottles per hour.<\/p>

    Start of production of the first Private Label productMioni begins contract manufacturing of still water for retail chains.<\/p>

    The first private label product, in 1.5L PET packaging, was produced in September of that year.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
